Grape Variety:Graciano 100%
Vinification:Cold pre-fermentation is carried out for 3 days to extract the maximum fruit aromas. Controlled fermentation at 22º using manual barrels and punching down to submerge the cap and extract polyphenols for good ageing. A manual vertical press is used in the pressing phase. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged in new barrels of different oak origins such as French, Hungarian and American for a period of 18 to 24 months until it is refined in the bottle.
Tasting:Pico black colour, pencil lead. The nose is very complex, with balsamic tones, menthol notes, ripe fruit, plum and jam. On the palate, powerful, with a good balance of fruit and acidity with a very integrated presence of wood. Very long and fresh finish.
