Minimum order value for free delivery is S$250. Orders below S$250, S$20 will be chargeable for delivery.
CELLAR V guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. All goods will be checked by CELLAR V staff before delivery to ensure that they are in good condition.
All our customers are advised to examine all goods ordered at the time of the delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel and to our customer service @ 8914 8248.
Goods may be returned to CELLAR V by notifying CELLAR V n writing to drink@cellar-v.com.sg within three (3) working days (Monday to Saturday) of the date of delivery, stating the reason for return (a “Return Request”). Any return of goods shall be subject to acceptance in writing by CELLAR V, which shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of CELLAR V. Upon acceptance of the Return Request by CELLAR V, all goods to be returned must be delivered to CELLAR V at 138 Robinson Road, #01-02 Oxley Tower within seven (7) days of such date of acceptance. Customers shall be refunded in full for all returned goods within ten (10) working days (Monday to Saturday) of the date of return of the goods to CELLAR V at 138 Robinson Road, #01-02 Oxley Tower.
CELLAR V shall inspect the returned goods, including, where the goods in question consist of wine, verification by a CELLAR V wine professional, following which CELLAR V may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decline to refund any goods found unsuitable for return. Where the returned goods are wine bottles, only wine bottles which are more than 75% full shall be suitable for return.
However, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk. As such, we will not be able to give you an exchange or a refund.
Any goods that were purchased pursuant to a Promotion will not be available for refund.
Save as set out in these Terms, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund or return whatsoever, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CELLAR V.
