Vinification :Long maceration on the skins. The refinement takes place in barriques for 24 months and subsequently in the bottle for 12 months.

Tasting :intense ruby red colour with a light brightening on the rim. Intense nose of rum pot, rich blackberries and cassis, then some cedar, dark chocolate and tobacco. On the palate offers subtle fruit sweetness and bold but well-integrated tannins, long finish.
