Vinification :Manual harvest, entirely destemmed. Cold skin maceration for 12 hours before pressing. Fermentation at low temperature in thermo-regulated cement vats.
Tasting :Bright yellow color. Aromatic nose of white flowers and fruits such as apricot, white peach, Lychee, note of licorice with hint of honey. The palate is ample, subtle and generous. Very nice harmony between the intensity of the fruits and the minerality offering a beautiful freshness. Long finish full of finesse and elegance.
