Vinification:This wine is made with Verdejo grapes from vineyards located in Castronuño (Valladolid). Sandy-loam soils with clay and pebbles, goblet-trained, 43 years old and dry-farmed. So they have a low production per vine, important for the quality of the grapes.Fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels, along with its lees, for 4 months.
Tasting:Intense, clean, fragrant and sweet in its aroma, with notes of ripe fruit. The barrel in its right measure, without covering its fruity character. In the mouth it has a sensation of volume, unctuous; the fruit gives way to the varietal with light bitter touches that increase its length and persistence.
