Vinification :Manual harvest in crates, cooling of the grapes, direct pressing of the internal grapes, fractionation of the musts and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in the spring of the year following the harvest, takes place in the bottle in a controlled temperature environment. Disgorging occurs after 24 months of aging on its own yeasts.

Tasting :Golden yellow color, fine and dense perlage. The nose offers persuasive notes of white flowers and pear. Balsamic and cedar fragrances prepare for drinking. Broad, creamy attack, with pleasant floral and fruity sensations supported by a beautiful fresh and savory tension that runs through the entire sip. Serving temperature is 6°-8°C.
