Vinification :100% of grapes are dried using the appassimento method, 100 days air dried.

Tasting :The bouquet is rich in advanced secondary and tertiary aromas due to long fermentation with concentrated grapes. It is rich in notes of spices, black pepper, cocoa, licorice combined with notes of red berries, cherry, plum, and chocolate. The taste is full of notes of ripe cherry fruits, blackberries, blended with spices, especially black pepper. This wine is very soft and elegant. At the same time, it has powerful tannins, combined with balanced acidity.
