Traditional German Riesling in an Italian version. The grape grows on Lake Garda near the town of Salò. As a result, the wine is more fruity and bright, compared to its traditional German counterpart.

Vinification :A white wine produced with an extra long maceration and slow fermentation to obtain a very particular and elegant taste. It is a perfect balance between fruit and vibrant acidity.

Tasting :Dry white wine with a greenish pineapple color. The nose is characterized by elegant notes of pear and peach aromas, with clear hints of citrus on the palate. Traditionally an acidic Riesling with very high salinity, due to the calcareous soil. The taste is characterized by fresh notes of apples, apple pie and fruit jam.
